The feeling that I am left with is one of disenfranchisement, that the members are more important when an election comes around, but have no real say in policy. Who would have voted to support the present administration? Why would the Labour councillors on Peterborough's Council do that? With one noteable and honourable exception, well done Sir, you know who you are.
