Might like to take a leaf out of Uganda, East Africas book, where the taxi is the major form of transport with some 25,000 plying for hire... This is from todays SUNDAY MONITOR. It's only a matter of time, could well happen here.. or already has.. as Uganda is now full of Chinese advisors... working along the same lines, Marco has agreed with the Peoples Republic...
