The RMT union has called off a 24 HOUR strike of Tube maintenance workers, originally planned to take place on Friday and Saturday.
The strike, over what RMT terms "basic safety issues", was set to last for 24 hours, from 6.30am on Friday.
However, the union has had a change of heart, put out a statement saying it had received confirmation 'changes to track access arrangements' had been put on hold for two weeks to allow for a safety review.
Six proposed strikes over the coming months are still set to take place, with a 12-hour walk out scheduled for between 6.30am and 6.29pm on Sunday, March 6.
